The management team at Marrick Steel genuinely want staff to return home safely, and therefore we make safety our priority. We care about the physical and mental wellbeing of our staff, and are always looking for ways to improve work practices. We adhere strictly to safety guidelines to minimise the risk of incidents and ensure the well-being of our employees, contractors and customers. You can trust us to provide a safe and secure environment for everyone involved. Our safety documentation is regularly updated to ensure compliance with current legislation. We maintain comprehensive insurance policies, including public liability, Workcover and equipment policies. This coverage gives our customers peace of mind and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to safety.
We ensure that all staff and any contractors we engage are appropriately trained and licenced prior to completing any work whether on site, or at our base location. Complimenting our training and licencing, our staff are also equiped with many decades of experience that give us the knowledge to carry out tasks safely. We complete the required high risk occupational health and safety documentation as determined by current legislation prior to completing works. Along with our comprehensive library of Safe Work Procedures, Policilies and Pocedures, we complete site specific, Safe Work Method Statements for each project where any high risk works are required.
